Our Mission
The Gamma Xi tradition of excellence begins here. Our mission is to remain “Committed to Lives of Excellence.” In our pursuit of that high standard, we complete our work, fulfill our obligations, maintain our self-respect and conduct ourselves in a mature and responsible manner at all times. Scholarship is our highest priority. We honor hard-won achievement in the classroom, on the athletic field, wherever it may occur.
A Tradition of Leadership
The Delta Tau Delta experience cultivates leadership. Over 70 members of Gamma Xi have been inducted into Sigma Sigma, and over 50 have been tapped by Omicron Delta Kappa. Gamma Xi brothers have served as Student Body Presidents, Interfraternity Council Presidents, and Class Presidents. Our brotherhood has held leadership positions in athletics, scholarship and a wide range of service initiatives. Many of our brotherhood have risen to outstanding leadership positions in their careers. They are captains of industry and presidents of companies. They are successful in virtually every walk of life. They are Delts...from Gamma Xi.
