As part of the Stratford Heights community our members have access to a new fitness and recreation facility, new campus greenway, a parking garage and community center with food service and visiting guest rooms.
The Delt House includes:
- Housing for 26 residents with potential for expansion
- Sleep/study rooms - 8 singles, 9 doubles
- 4 floors, 10,000 sq. ft.
- Full-service kitchen
- Laundry facilities
- Wireless internet service
- Deck with gas grill
- Cleaning service
- All utilities included
